Angiolino Maule Sassaia, 2021.

Lauren says, “Deep golden yellow with a haze. Slightly grassy aroma (like artichokes?), floral elements, and apricot. Medium body. Medium acidity. Flavor of granite, wet stone, nectar, and melon. Super unique with slightly sweet funk. I like it! 8.5/10.”

Zach says, “Cloudy golden, orange yellow in the glass. Complex nose. Purple flowers, apricot, and tropical flower nectar. Light bodied. Moderate acidity. Playfully floral and dried fruit-like on the palate. Long tropical finish, but concise. There is vibrancy here and minerality. Subtle funk. But I do enjoy a lot. 8.5/10.”
