Lauren says, “Light yellow. Aroma of pears, grapefruit, and almonds. Delicate bubbles. Medium body. High acidity. Flavor of citrus, apples, and a lot of nuttiness. Slightly honeysuckle ending. I do like it but I’m not blown away. 7/10.”
Zach says. “Luxurious golden yellow in the glass. Sumptuous mousse. Nose of toasted almond, green apples in honey, honeydew, and challah. High acidity. A subtle sweet nuttiness on the finish. A little too thick and sweet for my taste, but enjoyable. Subtle minerality. 7.5/10.”
