Lauren says, “Cloudy yellow. Aroma of yeasty citrus. Light bodied with slight effervescence. High acidity. Extremely citrus- grapefruit and lemon zest. Slight melon. Refreshing and zingy. Good for a hot day. 7/10.”

Zach says, “ Yellow white, opaque I’m the glass. The color of peach pulp.  Nose with peach, nectarine, and jasmine. High acidity. Subtle effervescence. Not my favorite style, but definitely easy drinking. Subtle minty notes to the stone fruit finish. 7/10.”
