Collecapretta Buscaia, 2021.

Lauren says, “Slightly cloudy golden yellow. Aroma of apricot and white flowers. Medium body. Medium acidity. Flavor of citrus and something.. odd.. I get this in the aroma as well (maybe butter gone bad?). Not sure what it is but I don’t like this flavor. Mediocre. Probably won’t finish the bottle. 5/10.”

Zach says, “Hazy, golden yellow in the glass. Nose is bright with white flower, citrus, and wet stone. Light bodied. Moderate acidity. There is a floral funk, which I am intrigued by. Wouldn’t say I am inspired by this wine, but interesting. Long finish. 5.5/10.”
