Zach says, “Rich cherry red in the glass. Nose is fresh, pure, and welcoming. Nose has a lot of cherry, whisper of berry, earth/woodiness, licorice, and smoked purple flower. Medium bodied. High acidity. Light tannin. Super easy drinking. Long, fresh red fruit finish. I really like it. Not going to sweep you off your feet with power, but subtly, nuance, and a mild, smoky finish keep me intrigued and happy. 9/10.”
Lauren says, “Garnet red. Aroma of soil, hay, tea, and red cherry. Medium to full body. High tannins. High acidity. Flavor is super earthy. Slightly metallic (but not in a bad way, if that makes sense. Could be pencil shavings?) I don’t mind it but it is dry and I can’t shake the metallic flavor. 7/10.”
