Lauren says, “Bright golden yellow. Aroma has hints of dessert wine- honey-coated nectarines, jasmine, and orange blossom. Medium body. Medium acidity. Flavor of citrus, granite, and honeycomb. Floral elements in the background as well. Good minerality. Extremely unique and interesting. A great bottle of white wine. 9.5/10.”

Zach says, “Golden yellow in the glass.  Really nice. Our first aged white — even better an aged, white rioja.   At first, I get this really nice oxidized aroma — noted of molasses, vanilla, red apple, and something mossy or spruce. Medium bodied. Moderate acidity. Finish is honey and vanilla-like and lasting. I get a saline note on the palate.  9.5/10.”
