Zach says, “Light gold in the glass with a green sheen. Nose of citrus blossom, sweet ocean spray, soy sauce, and tar. Light bodied. Very subtle sweetness. Almost salty in the palate. Very acidic. Vibrant. So so so acidic and tart on the hind palate. Growing on me. 7.5/10.”
Lauren says, “Light yellow in the glass. Aroma of kumquat, saline, and orange blossoms. Light body. High acidity. Flavor is very citrusy with slight cantaloupe and ocean qualities. A strong flavor. I like it but don’t love it. 7/10.”
