Lauren says, “Deep caramel brown. Aroma of nectar, golden raisins, and old casks. Full body, honey texture. Sweet and thick with hint of salted caramel. I like it! Not as sweet as I expected. 8.5/10.”

Zach says, “Amber, golden brown in the glass with sediment.  A lot of syrupy and oxidized notes. Clove, burnt citrus, bourbon vanilla, and apricot. Subtle sweetness. Extremely drinkable and acidic. Would go great with a subtly sweet, vanilla bean dessert. It could also serve as contrast, because it isn’t a sweet as some. Finish is long and caramelized. Complex. Dessert wine is about context.  8.5/10.”
