Zach says, “Light golden yellow with a fine effervescence. Nose of buttered brioche, salted butterscotch, and toasted almond. Luxurious mousse. Very sharp and crisp. Hits all the right spots. Long nutty finish. Balance. 8.5/10.”
Lauren says, ““Light yellow. Medium effervescence. Aroma of cultured butter, stone, and something unique, like wet paper and browning butter. High acidity. Flavor of citrus, sharp apple (Granny Smith) and minerals. Maybe slight almond. Very crisp. I like it, refreshing. 8.5/10.”
