Zach says, “A very fine effervescence. Golden yellow in the glass. Luxurious in a different kind of way than champagne. Very acidic and bright. Extraordinarily crisp and clean on the finish.  Nose has this sort of savory, buttered bread searing on the stove character. There is also wet granite and lime leaves. Elegant mousse. Highly acidic. A great deal of minerality on the finish, which I really really enjoy. I get a little citrus and maybe a subtle pear essence on the finish. I really enjoy it. 9.5/10.”

Lauren says, “Golden yellow. Flowing bubbles. Aroma of croissants. High acidity. Pretty yeasty. Flavor of fresh brioche and lemon zest. Slight white floral element. Ending is acidic and refreshing. Sharp and rich due to yeastiness. 9/10.”
