Lauren says, “Slightly dark golden yellow. Moderate, constant effervescence. Mild aroma of yeasted bread and nectar. Light to medium body. Sharp beginning- flavor of apple & lemon that transforms into an intensely yeasty & buttery flavor. Think French toast. I like it but it doesn’t top some of the other champagnes I have had. 8/10.”

Zach says, “Light golden yellow with small organized effervescence.  Carmel/toffee, subtle oxidation, apple, white bread. Very yeasty on the palate — So so bread-like.  Finish is complex —subtly sweet and yeasty. Long finish. This is a rich, heavy style. Not bright and super acidic like I love but the finish is very very long, complex, and bread-like. 8/10.”
