Lauren says, “Cranberry juice red. Aroma of red fruit & dried cranberry. Light to medium bodied. Medium acidity. Floral element. Cherry and cranberry. I think this is decent but nothing extraordinary. 7/10.”
Zach says, “Light purple, red in glass. Definitely a natural wine — obvious yeasty character on the finish. Nose with cherry, mint, rose petal, and earth. Light tannin. Light bodied. High acidity. A lot of rose water on the palate. It’s growing on me but not my favorite. For this style, go with Jura. 7/10.”
