Zach says, “This is concise with well integrated oak and a very very long finish. A lot of minerality and verve on the palate. Citrus zest, passion fruit, white flower, and vanilla custard on the nose. Full bodied. Mild to mod acidity. Such a long, lemon meringue finish. The minerality enhances and enlivens the oak. 9/10.”
Lauren says, “Medium yellow. Aroma of buttery popcorn and apricots. Medium body. High acidity. Flavor of citrus, citrus blossoms, butter, and vanilla/oak. A very long, bright finish. 8/10.”
