Zach says, “Dark, cranberry purple in the glass.  Nose is bright and fruity. Sweet cinnamon stick, berry, and cocoa powder.  Medium bodied. High acidity. High tannin.  Long finish. I think it’s unique and enjoyable. 8/10.”

Lauren says, “Deep plum color. Aroma of ripe cherries, blackberry, and plums. Medium body. High acidity, high tannins. Flavor of tart cherry, licorice, and baking spice- definitely cinnamon and anise. A classic red with a noticeable acidity/tartness. 7.5/10.”
