Zach says, “Pear, vanilla, and brioche. Very acidic. Plush mousse. Lingering French toast finish. Very good but I’m not sure it’s spectacular. 8/10.”

Lauren says, “medium yellow. Decent bubbles. Aroma of apple, pear, and lemon. Nice and bright. Flavor of apple crisp. Fairly straight-forward but pleasing. 8/10.”
