Zach says, “Nose is complex. White flowers, toffee, lemon zest. High acidity. Nice, fresh mousse. This is zingy and brilliantly drinkable. Finish is long with citrus and a bit of apple crisp. 9/10.”

Lauren says, “Light yellow. Tiny bubbles. Aroma of brioche and orange blossom. High acidity. Very refreshing and good! 9/10.”
