Zach says, “Super fine effervescence. Notes of red apple, nougat, very subtle lemon, wet sea stone.  A lot of apple and bread on the palate.  Medium length finish. High acidity. 8.5/10.”

Lauren says, “Medium yellow. Delicate bubbles that permeate your palate. Aroma of white flowers and kiwi. High acidity. Flavor of buttered biscuit, citrus, and floral elements. Complex, rich yet refreshing. 9/10.”
