Lauren says, “Large amount of tiny effervescence. Pale yellow. Yeasty aroma- notes of almond biscotti, tangerine, and orange blossom. Light to medium body. Tastes of rich graham cracker with citrus custard and freshly baked apricot croissant. This tastes like it costs, which I can appreciate. Yeah, I have no complaints. Pairs amazing with shortbread cookies, and pretty much anything. 10/10.”
Zach says, “This is light gold in the glass. I am struck by the flurry of effervescence flowing delicately to the wine’s surface. I get notes of graham cracker, lemon meringue, wet stone, and orange blossom/white flower. Delicate mousse. A great deal of citrus, baking spice, crème brûlée-like on the palate. So much acidity and minerality. A truly spectacular drinking experience. Can’t imaging another champagne surpassing this as a wine to celebrate with. 10/10.”
