Zach says, “Light cherry red with a salmon rim. No sediment. Very fruity on the nose. Black fruit, red fruit, almost compote like nose maybe a little smoky incense. Medium bodied, low tannin, medium acidity short finish. Drinkable. 7.5 out of 10.”
