Zach says, “Light golden yellow in the glass. Nose is plush and vibrant — complex and heady. Notes of flower honey, guava candy, salinity, white flower. Subtle, integrated oak on the palate. This wine is smooth and palate coating. Honey, tropical fruit, and minerality are long on the finish. Medium acidity. Full bodied. This is spectacular. 10/10.”
Lauren says, “Neon yellow. Aroma of roasted almonds, pastry dough, and orange peel. Hint of pineapple and baby’s breath flowers. Medium body. Smooth with a slightly tart finish. Flavor of green apple and silky tropical fruit. Small amount of oak and slate on the finish. Truly delicious. Pairs amazingly with double cream Brie and black fig jam. 9.5/10? Or, actually, it might be a 10/10 Chardonnay.”
