Zach says, “I think this is a natural wine. Hazy/unfiltered and light pink in the glass.  It’s got a lot or fresh red fruit/plum, raspberry, earth, subtle funk of natural yeast. Light bodied. Acidic. Easy drinking. Really agreeable. So hard to really place where it came from. Very subtle tannin. 8/10.”

Lauren says, “Cloudy strawberry red. Aroma of fresh soil and ripe strawberries. Medium body.  High acidity. Low tannin. Flavor of freeze dried strawberry and green beans. Definitely a lighter natural wine. Could be a Grenache or some super weird natural red. It almost feels effervescent on the palate due to the fresh acidity. A unique and pretty good wine. Similar rating to the Beaujolais we had recently but I prefer the Beaujolais. 7.5/10.”
