Zach says, “Very gold, yellow in the glass. The nose is a little bit like stale sea air. I do get a lot of green notes. Not a lot to say about the nose. On the palate, I get a lot of minerality. Medium bodied. Short finish. It’s easy drinking but not exciting or complex. I am guessing an inexpensive Italian white. 6/10.”
Lauren says, “Golden yellow. Looks slightly thicker in the glass for a white. Aroma of herb garden, moist stone, and melon. Medium body and it definitely has a syrupy texture. There is something bitter in the taste? Maybe that’s oak or burnt hazelnuts? It has a sharp initial flavor. I’m honestly just getting bitter melon, maybe lemon zest or wilting rose petals. I’m afraid this could be an expensive Chardonnay or a French white. We tasted it blind. This bottle is not for me. 5.5/10.”
