Lauren says, “Magenta-tinged red. Light bubbles. Aroma of red cherries. High acidity. Light tannin. Flavor is tart. Hint of raspberry and jarred cherries. It’s nice for a Lambrusco but not a love for me. 7/10.”
Zach says, “Color | deep, opaque purple red
Nose | subtle sweetness, cranberry, raspberry, cherry, purple flowers
Body | precision on the mouthfeel. Dry and tannic with a crunchy minerality that is definitely new for me.
Acidity | mild.
Palate | easy drinking, generally, I think the mix of tannin and bubbles is always a little confusing for me, but this is definitely the most concise and refined Lambrusco I have had
7.5/10.”
