Zach says, “Color | rich gold
Nose | white/purple flower (Lilac? Jasmine?), subtle lemon, subtle oak that comes off as a hint of toasted hazelnut, and salinity.
Body | medium
Acidity | medium-high
Palate | a lot of crunchy minerality met effortlessly by bright acidity and very subtle oak. Long finish with citrus and vanilla notes.
I enjoy this a lot, it reminds me a lot of Domaine du Pelican Chardonnay, with slightly lower body, more acidity, and more minerality.
8.5/10.”
Lauren says, “Medium yellow. Aroma of dried apricots, sage, and white flowers. Quite fragrant and floral- think jasmine. Medium body. Medium acidity. Flavor of mandarin orange and slight vanilla. Smooth. I like this a lot. Think floral and citrus with a little richness. Yeah, this could be very versatile. Crisp when extra chilled. Would be a perfect pairing with oysters. 9/10.”
