Lauren says, “Cloudy gold. Decent effervescence. Aroma of yeast and grapefruit. High acidity. Flavor of kumquat and lemon. Not my favorite but definitely a drinkable champagne. 7/10.”

Zach says, “Cloudy yellow in the glass.  Nose with notes of tart fresh apple, red fruit, chalky minerality, and rosemary.

Tart, bright acidity and minerality. 

Love this as a study on the specific, less common single variety champagne.

Not my favorite champagne, but very sharp and high in minerality. 

7.5/10.”
