Lauren says, “A cloudy & peachy orange in the glass. Aroma is a little musky with notes of apricots and nectarines. Light body. High acidity. Flavor of grapefruit and orange peel. Refreshing and interesting. Would be great for Summertime. 8/10”
Zach says, “Cloudy, deep yellow, orange in the glass. Unique, fascinating nose. Grapefruit, fresh cut grass, and golden raisin on the nose. Light bodied. High acidity. Bright, easy drinking, but not because there is lack of complexity, but because of balance. Many natural wines, with their high acidity, light bodied mouthfeel, and unique funk, go great with food. It’s an under appreciated attribute of their consumption. Long, funky fish with hints of wild flower and subtle citrus. A singular and enjoyable wine. 8.5/10.”
