Lauren says, “Ruby red. Aroma of violets, lilac, and red cherry. Light body. Flavor of strawberries, fresh red fruit & dried cherry. Definitely has purple flower & cola elements. Medium acidity. Quite unique and I like it a lot! Refreshing and fairly light. Great for summer. Easily pairs with olive oil & chicken. Growing on me while I drink it, so I think I have to give it a 10/10.”
Zach says, “Cloudy, Ruby red in the glass.
Nose | super expressive. bright, sweet cherry, plum, fresh mint, lilac flowers.
Palate | superbly acidic with a vibrancy that sparkles on the palate. This wine in kinesthetic. A great deal of plum and berry on the palate. There is a subtle natural, yeastiness that accentuates the fruity character and dances with the long, fruity finish. Mild, balanced tannins.
Really enjoyable.
