Zach says, “Cherry red in the glass.
Nose | very expressive, at first raspberry/cherry then a subtle blueberry bramble, dried herb (maybe oregano), and subtle nutmeg/scorched cinnamon. Light to medium bodied. Mild tannin. Mod acidity. A lot of berry tartness with a subtle earthy finish. Another very concise wine made with a grape I am trying to appreciate. 7.5/10.”
Lauren says, “Ruby red. Aroma of red cherry, berries, and mint. Light body. High acidity. Low tannins. Flavor is of very tart cherries. A pretty straight forward Pinot noir. 7.5/10.”
