Zach says, “Fine effervescence, light yellow in the glass. Melting butter, lemon, shortbread cookie on the nose. Fine mouse. High acidity and minerality. The minerality might be what makes me think this is Italian rather than champagne. Delightful mousse. On the palate I am getting some marzipan and lime acidity. I really like it. Learned of it from Papa Llama’s pairing menu. 9/10.”
Lauren says, “Light yellow. Medium effervescence. Nose is strong for a sparkling. Perfume of white flowers, tangerines and shortbread cookies. High acidity. Flavor is bright citrus with the richness of biscoff or butterscotch. A great sparkling option. 9/10.”
