Zach says, “Deep gold with an orange hue. There is this very savory, salty character to the nose. Notes of toasted sesame, soy, earth. Low acidity. Character of toasted soy, lingering finish. I don’t really know the direction this wine is going or what it’s trying to do. 6.5.”
Lauren says, “Dark yellow. Quite funky. Very dry with salinity. Interesting/unique but not sure I would repurchase. 6.5/10.”
