Zach says, “Light gold with a green hue in the glass. The nose offers wet stone, sea air, white flowers, subtle guava, and a hint of kerosene. Occasionally, there’s a fleeting note of a just-struck match. Wonderfully complex aroma.
The palate is crunchy and flinty with medium acidity. It features smooth, delicate notes of warming vanilla mousse, petrol, citrus, and mineral. Remarkably complex, with a mouth-coating smoothness and a long finish. The minerality is pronounced and concise. I can’t fault it.

Lauren says, “Light yellow-green. Strong aroma of pear, green apple, melon, and potent white flowers. Medium body. Medium acidity. Flavor has salinity, slight vanilla, and plenty of complexity. Keeps you thinking, which makes it fun. 9.5/10.”
