Zach says, “ Initially, I was concerned. It has a character unlike any wine I have had. On the nose: lemongrass, passion fruit custard, and kerosine. Light to medium bodied. There is a really piercing acidity that at times feels almost like static on the palate. I actually really like it and find it to be almost Reisling-like in its kinetic mouthfeel. 8.5/10.”
Lauren says, “Light gold. Aroma of golden raisin, jasmine, and pear. Medium body. High acidity. Super sharp & zesty! Flavor of lemonhead candy and something like aged nectar/honey comb. Really zingy. Good for summer. It could be a very interesting pairing & has a lot of utility. 8.5/10.”
Bianca says, “ Strong acidity and great zing. A nice mineral, medium body taste.
Paired amazing with cheese & nuts.
7.5. With more thought, it’s an 8.5.”
Bailey says, “Fassenet 9.5 lemon zest on the nose. Sharp acidity and crisp minerality that is exactly what I want. Jura Chardonnay that will go head to head with anything from burgundy.”
