Zach says, “ Plum red in the glass. Nose is very fruity and bright. Notes of cherry, raspberry, and milk chocolate. Medium bodied. Mild to bod tannin. I think it’s pretty balanced and rustic in a way. 8/10.”
Lauren says, “Pretty deep plum. Aroma of hay, black olive & alcohol. Full body. Medium acidity. High tannin. Smooth and dry with some blackberry & tart cherry. Easy to enjoy & good with our bean dish. 7.5/10.”
Bianca, “On the nose it’s got a nice olive smell. Nice rustic taste with some tannin but balanced. With great fruit flavor.
8/10.”
Bailey says, “ Texier 8.0 fruit forward Syrah with soft tannins and medium body. Drinks well on its own, but paired with the bean olive/oil dish it sings. The acidity is what got me excited to continue drinking it. A Syrah with life that is meant to be drunk.”
