Lauren says, “Medium yellow. Aroma of apricot, citrus, and herbs. High acidity. Flavor of zest, white peach, and pear. Light body. Pleasant and easy. 8/10.”
Zach says, “ Light yellow in the glass. Really bright and expressive nose — notes of navel orange, guava, green herb (parsley?), and salt. Medium bodied. High acidity. Bright, aromatic, enjoyable. I think most people would enjoy this. Medium finish of bright citrus and minerality. 8/10.”
