Lauren says, “Cherry red. Aroma of cherries, soil, and thyme. Medium body. Medium acidity. Low tannins. Flavor of red cherry and herbs. Very agreeable. 8/10.”
Zach says, “ Light cherry red. Cloudy. On the nose: berry, cherry, mint, and earthy/vegetal notes. Light bodied. High acidity. A surprisingly long, bright, and raspberry finish. A very nice, drinkable red. I love Cinsault. Perfect summer red. 8/10.”
