Zach says, “ Plum purple in the glass. Nose of olive, capsicum, cherry, pine needles, and cinnamon. Light bodied. Mod acidity. The light body and acidity balances out the green pepper notes and helps to create a round, drinkable and terroir driven wine. 8/10.”
Lauren says, “plum color. Aroma of berries, licorice, and smoke. Flavor of green pepper. Medium tannins. Medium acidity. Balanced green and interesting 8/10. Needs to decant.”
