Zach says, “ Dark yellow with an orange hue. I get miso/saline, root beer. Subtle oxidized notes with an almost smoky character. Mild acidity. There is a savory element to this. I enjoy it. 7.5/10.”
Lauren says, “Dark golden! Aroma is oddly sweet like a lavender kombucha. Some herbaceous-ness (think thyme) with candied orange. Light body. Medium acidity. Flavor is floral with ginger, lemon ginseng cough drops, and tree bark. This is different!!!! But I like it. 7.5/10.”
Mikayla says, “ This skin contact wine has the nose of fermented fruit juice and tastes funky. The funk isn’t strictly tied to the funk of aged cheese but also the funk of music, it grooves on your tongue. I wouldn’t combine it with many other things but on its own it’s an experience one should try for themselves. 7/10.”
