Lauren says, “Rusty garnet. Aroma of hay, eucalyptus, seared duck meat, and licorice root. Medium body. Medium acidity and high tannins. Quite dry. Flavor of olives and cherries. I like it but I feel like it might be missing something. Did need time to open up— 2-3 hours. 8/10.”

Zach says, “ Rusty cherry with a tan rim in the glass. Nose is very potent. Notes of cherry liquor, iron/blood, black tea, lavender. Medium bodied. High tannin. Medium acidity. Long finish with cherry and dried herb. I think it’s complete and evolved in the glass. 8/10.”
