Zach says, “ Very light pink to orange in the glass. On the nose: candied cherries, jasmine, and guava. Light bodied. High acidity. Low tannin. Very very drinkable, but would I know it’s wine… perhaps not, but does it matter? This producer makes a very acidic, light style in general. Would be good with scallion pancake. 8/10.”
Lauren says, “Pink tinged orange. Aroma of nectarines, jasmine, and soil. High acidity. Low tannins. Flavor is super bright. Flavor of cuties & citrus blossoms. Easy to drink. Amazing pool wine. Perfect summer rosé. 8.5/10.”
