Zach says, “ Really delicate, fine effervescence. Light gold in the glass. Yeast roll, subtle lemon. Super acidic. Minerality abounds I really really like this style. A wave of acidity and minerality. Not as much yeasty/greasy or graham cracker notes. An amazing food champagne. Goes with everything! 9/10.”
Lauren says, “Light yellow. Aroma of baking bread and apple. Not as bubbly as some champagnes/sparkling of similar aging but the bubbles are fine and have a nice mouthfeel. High acidity. Flavor of pears and citrus zest. It has a refreshing feel & is perfect for a hot September day. 8.5/10.”
