Zach says, “ Plum purple in the glass. Fresh blackberry, plum, and earth. Medium bodied. High tannin. Really balanced and round. 9/10.”
Lauren says, “Deep ruby. Pleasant nose. Aroma of red cherry, baking spices, and maybe a baking meat pie. Medium body. High acidity. Medium tannin. Has a nice grippiness to it. Flavor of sour cherries. Very nice. Perfect with pork. Looking forward to pairing it with duck. 9/10.”
Mik says, “ This wine is lovely. It’s a deep maroon that is slightly tannic without being overpowering. Very earthy. It’s a bottle to open on a cool day or paired with heavier meatier dishes. Smells of cork tree and stone fruit. 7.8/10.”
