Zach says, “ Light gold in the glass. Nose is spectacularly, complex and vibrant. Notes of eucalyptus, pine resin, crystallized ginger, and delicate white flower. Almost lemon war head level acidity. A unique drying, sour effect on the palates There is definitely a subtle funk on the finish which adds complexity — balanced and bright. Light bodied. 9/10.”
Lauren says, “Medium yelllow. Aroma of wildflowers, candied orange peel and apricot jam. Medium body. High acidity. Flavor of nectarines, apricot and a slight petrol/plastic. A fresh Riesling with a good sharply lemon head ending. Yup, I just love a good Riesling. 9/10.”
