Zach says, “ Light gold in the glass. Very fine bead. The nose is not particularly expressive. I do get notes, however, get notes of crushed stone, pear, sweet honeydew, and sesame oil. I actually got a lot of toasted sesame on the palate. Long finish, but not my favorite style. 7.5/10.”

Lauren says, “Golden. Aroma of yeast and orange blossom. High acidity. Lovely bubbles. Flavor is tart and sharp- sour apple and lemon zest. A floral element comes out strongly with time. Slight saline finish. 7.5/10.”
