Zach says, “ Light gold in the glass. Delicate, uniform bead. Very complex and evolving nose. First I get notes of toasted marshmallow and buttered yeast roll. Then green apple and jasmine. Followed by final hint of sea air. Delicate mousse with a hint toasted almond. High acidity. A lot of minerality on the crisp finish. 9/10.”

Lauren says, “Light gold. Continuous streaming bubbles. High acidity. Aroma of ocean air, melons, toasted coconut flakes, and grapefruit. Flavor is yeasty, mineral, and bright- sharp lemon and slate. Nice complexity. Improved at 10-15 minutes of the bottle being opened. 9/10.”
