Lauren says, “Medium yellow. Aroma of French toast, citrus, cotton/fresh linens, and kumquat. High acidity. Nice effervescence. Flavor of granite/slate, marcona almond, and something spice-oriented- maybe nutmeg. A very interesting finish- think butter because it pairs great with gnocchi pasta. 9.5/10.”
Zach say, “ Gold in the glass. Delightful nose. Toasted almond, kiwi, warm buttered bread, and white strawberry. This is beautiful on the palate. Nutty, long, with balanced acidity and luxurious texture. High acidity. This perfect for pairings with seafood, toasted nut, or sage brown butter sauce. 9/10.”
