Zach says, “ Green apple, salted taffy, lemon, white flower. A lot of minerality. Very high acidity, but super bright and crunchy. A little yeasty, croissant notes on the finish. I like it as a lighter or medium bodied champagne style. 8.5/10.”
Lauren says, “Golden color. Medium bubbles. Aroma of orange blossom and pear. High acidity. Flavor is very acidic with hints of lemon zest, sour apple, almond, and wet stone. 8/10.”
