Zachary says, “ Cloudy gold in the glass. Honeydew, green apple, subtle cotton blossom on the nose. Light bodied. High acidity. A lot of bright minerality with only a faint hint of yeast character on the finish. Clearly a low intervention wine, but delicate and lasting on the finish. 8.5/10.”
Lauren says, “Bright yellow. Aroma of white flowers, almond shells, and orange zest. Medium body. High acidity. Flavor of stone fruit, yeasty bread, and florals. 7.5/10.”
