Zach says, “ Deep, rich gold. Nose: sea air, graham cracker, and very subtle tropical fruit. Medium bodied. Mouth drying, tart, with a long graham cracker finish. I think it is well made, but not balanced in a way I can appreciate. It could pair beautifully with certain cuisine, perhaps. 7.5/10.”
Lauren says, “Gold yellow. Aroma is pleasant- wet stone, golden raisins, fennel, and fresh soil. High acidity. This is DRYYY and sour. Mouth puckering. Think yellow sour patch kids with no sugar coating. Lemon peel. Long finish. It is so sour it makes me sweat. It is almost painful to drink. Can’t say I’ve had anything like it but it is not my type of wine. 6/10 at first. It needs an hour and a half to lose some zing. Then it becomes a 7/10.”
