Zach says, “ Rich golden yellow. Nose: apple, beeswax/plastic, lime zest. Bracingly acidic. Light bodied. I really can’t drink it as it’s too acidic — though I think it is a high quality production. 5.5/10.”

Lauren says, “Golden. Aroma of nectar, honey comb, pear, and orange blossom. Medium body. High acidity. Veryyyy acidic and zingy. Think sour green apple. It’s even a little tart for me- like more than sour patch kids. 6/10.”
