Zach says, “ Rusty orange red in the glass. Nose with notes of roses, game, freeze dried strawberry. Medium bodied. High tannin. High acidity. Long finish. I like it, but do not love. Needs time. 7/10.”
Lauren says, “Garnet. Aroma of cherry gummies, licorice, and ripe berry. Medium body. High acidity. Medium tannins. Flavor of sour cherry. Might need some time to open- quite tight. Will reasses soon. Ok it got smoother but the flavor is still a little off for me. 6/10.”
